All bookings must be made through:

A reservation is confirmed only upon:

  • Written confirmation from Unseen Paris, and

Unseen Paris reserves the right to decline a reservation in cases of incomplete information, payment failure, or unavailability.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Private Tours

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.2 Large Groups & Custom Events

For group bookings, corporate events, or customized experiences:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30–50% is required to secure the date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7–14 days prior to the event (as specified in the service agreement).

Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.

3. Minimum & Maximum Participants

Certain tours may require a minimum number of participants.

If the minimum is not met, Unseen Paris reserves the right to:

In such cases:

  • Unseen Paris acts as an intermediary when applicable.

  • Third-party providers remain responsible for the proper execution of their services.

  • Their own cancellation and liability policies may apply.

Unseen Paris shall not be liable for disruptions caused by third-party providers beyond its control.

When tours include pre-booked tickets (museums, monuments, special exhibitions):

  • Tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking.

  • Once purchased, tickets are generally non-refundable and non-modifiable.

  • Ticket costs may be non-refundable even if the tour itself is cancelled within the permitted cancellation window.

Clients acknowledge that entrance times are strict and may not be adjusted in case of late arrival.

For customized experiences (romantic getaways, fashion trips, corporate retreats, destination management services):

  • A written proposal outlining services, inclusions, and exclusions will be provided.

  • Confirmation requires written approval and payment of the deposit.

  • Once confirmed, planning and coordination fees may be non-refundable due to preparatory work undertaken.

Any substantial modification requested after confirmation may result in additional fees.
